Hugo Chavez is a Self-Aggrandizing Clown

Some people are embarrassed that George Bush is our president. Well, I feel sorry for the Venezuelans because, as evidenced by yesterday's juvenile antics in front of the UN, their leader clearly cares more about his own international persona and far-left celebrity status than he does about his country.

If he actually cared about the poor and oppressed as he claims, he wouldn’t be making alliances with some of the most oppressive regimes in the world and he wouldn’t be spending his time advancing his pop idol anti-Bush status by delivering junior-high level speeches at the UN Assembly.

Hey Chavez, you can feed the starving hate and call it nourishment … but they’re still going to bed hungry.

I find the term Clown to be inappropriate.

Clowns are funny, jubilent, and carefree, Fuhrer Chavez isn't.

I was thinking more along the lines of "Self-Aggrandizing [insert desired insult her]."

I personally like Jackhole in that Fill-in-the-blank, you may have another preference.

By the way, do you find this statement ironic:

Chavez: "We cannot allow world dictatorship to be consolidated,"

Apparently old Hugo forgot that while he claims Bush is a dictator, Chavez IS one in reality.

""We're not going to address that sort of comic strip approach to international affairs," said John Bolton, the US ambassador to the United Nations."

OK, if you support Bolton for no other reason, this should be it.

Seriously, where do Chavez and Ahmedinihad get off whining about dictatorships when thier own people are either starving in the streets or half of them get their genitals mutilated and are required under law to cover themselves entirely and walk 10 steps behind their husband?

I predict at the next UN Human Rights Council, these two madmen will be placed on the Human Rights Council.
