If Obama Actually "Gets It" He May Get Me
Read this take on Obama's foreign policy views. The man may very well "get it" more than any other Democrat running for President.
I'm going to have to pay close attention to him. He has a shot at winning me over.

He's piqued my curiosity as well although for some reason I think he's going to bow out and take a VP running mate slot.
Obama's not saying anything substantively different from the other major Dems running for President. Nor is he saying anything that different from the Republicans running for president.
I say this as a fan, albeit a somewhat jaded one.
The points of contention are Iraq and the UN, and I'm well past the point on taking anyone's word on what will happen with Iraq come 2009.
Actions speak louder than words. Certainly on the economic side, Obama seems to skew towards old-fashioned leftist policies. He comes across as very pro-Union, for one.
I guess no one on this blog is going to say the obvious: he is highly inexperienced.
The fact that he is a racial minority and under-experienced lends credence to bigortorial claims, maddening and self-serving. And didn't anyone except those looking for racism hear the wife's comments?
Lovelyy post
